Stimulax Strips are sold from the same company as Viapren Strips-Pharmazone Labs through the use of Nimbus Communications (aka Listen Up). Their commercials are exactly the same as the Viapren Strips commercials. The phone numbers are identical- they have just changed the name of their products because people are starting to catch on that it is a scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!! Here is the original report I posted back in October about Pharmazone Labs, Viapren Strips and Nimbus Communications (Listen Up): If you are here it is because you have had the pleasure of dealing with Pharmazone Labs and Nimbus Communications (the virtual call centers where you first called and ended up in this situation) and you want to know what you can do. First, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY TRYING TO CALL THEM FOR A REFUND. They will give you the run-around, they will lie to you, hang up on you and yell at you. Even if they do agree to a refund it will only be partial and you may spend weeks or months trying to get it. Contact your bank or credit card company to dispute ALL of the charges incurred by Pharmazone, Pleasure Ring, American Leisure, Easy Saver, etc. whether it is $9.41, $1.14, $9.95, $10.55, $16.95, $48.73, $39.32 or whatever new amount they come up with. It's inconvenient and wastes a lot of your time and energy which is what they are counting on and they assume most people will just take the loss and chalk it up to they're own stupidity. I almost did but this company has made millions of dollars that way and you shouldn't let them get away with it. Their products do not work and they are fraudulent charges. You never entered into any agreement no matter what they tell you that you said. They'll tell you they have you on tape agreeing to everything which may be true but they don't always tell you everything. That is their scare tactic into stopping people from disputing the charges and/ or giving them refunds. This is what you need to do if you haven't already: 1. Fortunately for Dave Sylvain and Missy Nolette, they are no longer with Nimbus or have anything to do with any of these companies listed in the complaints. I do not appreciate the person who put in the information on Pharmazone Labs stating that Bryan Gillette and Laura Gillette work there. We have NEVER worked for Pharmazone Labs, and do not condone what they do. I therefore would like before you file such defamatory information about people to get your facts straight. This is defamation of us as we HAVE NEVER EVER worked for Pharmazone Labs ever! They have their e-mails set up so you can put in a first initial of a name and a last name and then their @........ and you get an auto reply. I have contacted this company and demanded they fix this as I will not put up with being thrown into a company that scams from people!!!!!!

Ok, so i filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Arizona over their BS business practices and the following is their response. 1st, they said that in the scripted call that they say the 1st shipment is in 10 days and then every 30 after. Anyone who has dealt with them knows they dont say anything about 10 days, i mean how the *** does a 30 day trial ship the 1st full installment in 10 days 2nd, They claim they didn't recieve my returns, stating that "I didn't contact them to get a RMA" ***, the customer care number they list isn't even the same one that they give you with the order and everyone that has dealt with them knows tht they don't answer that number. 3rd, They claim that im lying about disputing the charges with my bank stating that they havent been contated by my bank. Which is funny as i filed the 1st dispute at the beginning of December, and the temporary credits have not been overturned.

I know this is nothing new but this company is STILL ripping people off. I'm posting this for people in the future that reads this. Dont even bother trying to contact their "customer service" number. They do not answer. Just contact your bank immediately, i see others on this site saying their bank won't help them and i think that's ridiculous. I bank with B of A and they have been great. they blocked them from charging me anymore now that they have fraudulently charged me twice after i had cancelled and they have credited both charges and reversed the overdraft fees just thought i'd help out

I too have been scammed by the pharmazone fulfillment company. I ordered a "free sample". I was charged S&H (understandable) and an additional cost for an "extra" product. This costs was only a few dollars but should have been my first clue to the dishonesty of this company. I was told to call a phone number and talk to Freda to cancel within 2 weeks to discontinue automatic shipments of product information from a sister company. Before the two weeks I recieved a second package charging me $48.73. When I called to speak to customer service I was hung up on 3 times. The 4th time I called I immediately asked for the operators name to write down and explained to her that if I was hung up on again that I would need to speak to her supervisor. This time the phones stayed connected. A miracle! The lady kept insisting that she give me a $20.00 discount immediately and I pay the remainder. I don't hide my feelings well and when she picked up that I wanted nothing to do with this company, the discount got larger!!. She finally explained to me that I could send the product back if I pay the S&H for the unwanted product plus a restocking fee of 15%. Well....that's when I lost it. I explained to her that if I paid a restocking fee I would be glad to let the BBB and Federal Trade Commission know about it and that charge went away as well. (So when you talk to these people just keep griping! You get more money back!) I eventually agreed to pay only the S&H of $9.41 to never have anymore contact with this company again. She explained that it would be 30 days after they recieved the product back before they would refund my money (when it took them less than a day to take money from me). Its funny how electronic banking takes so much longer one way than it does the other. Anyway, I called the number to this sister company just in case they hadn't cancelled that service as well. Not only had they not cancelled automatic shipment from here, but there was nobody there by the name of Freda and never had been. I had her cancel my account there as well. I still haven't even tried the product. I know now that even if I love it, Ill never deal with this company again. I informed the sister company that they were damaging their reputation by partnering with them and she took note of it. DON'T GET SCAMMED!!!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING!!!!! Sincerely, yet another pissed off customer.

The rep named Cody, called my husband grumpy and told me that maybe I shouldn't let him call places when he wasn't in a good mood and then lied to me and said that there were NO supervisors there. Come on, I am not ***! I work as a supervisor in customer service and there is ALWAYS a supervisor there!! Needless to say we never even received the original trial shipment and then they charged us $50.00 for the next shipment! What a rip off! This company needs to be shut down immediately! Plain and simple they are crooks!!!

What a joke!! My husband called in to order the "free" sample of Viapren advertised on the radio... That day they charged the shipping charge of $9.41.... A few days later there were two charges for $1.14. Then a few days after that, a charge for $48.73!! We contacted our bank right away, and called the Viapren company three-way. Now they are refusing to refund all of our money!! Not only did they charge unauthorized charges, there affilate companies (Easy Saver and American Leisure)charged us too!! What a fricken mess!! Steer clear, they are a SCAM!!

I saw this advertisement in the New York Daily news for a free sample of viapren strips which ordered.I was told it would cost me $9.41 for shipping and processing with a whole lot of offers which I declined.In less than 10 days they took $48.73 from my account!I am very upset!!This is a scam because I did not authorize it.Thieves!!Worse of all, the product did not even work for neither of us. SCAM!!!!!It does not work.I even have a side effect of ringing in both ears.They should be stopped!

I am shocked at the lack of respect that pharmazone labs has for consumers. I tried one of there so called sexual enhancement gels and it hurt my wife so bad that she had to stop everything and get a towel to wipe it off. I then recieved a second shipment of the same *** this time it wasn't a trial it was the monthly auto shipment that was 50 bucks a shot. I called the company several times and finally got throught to a very rude operator that told me i was suppose to call them within the time frame of the sample to stop the auto ship and since i did not then they can not refund the s/h of 10 bucks for a little package. I thought that was unacceptable so i asked to talk with a manager and of course they were on lunch. So i called back later and got another rude operator that told me she was a supervisor. So i told here my story and she told me that she would review the tape of the original conversation and if there was a problem then they would call me but if there was no problem then i wouldn't here anything and i wouldn't get a refund. I thought this was *** so i got here name and number and then she gave me some more info and then before i was done she told me thanks for calling and shushed me off the phone and basically hung up on me. I can not believe that there are companies out there that can operate like this and take peoples money for nothing and have no regard for respect for the consumer. This type of thing makes me so mad. Especially when there is nothing i can do and they don't seem to care. pissed off

They told me I would receive all the freebies for free plus $9.41 for s/h. ok. They then charged me 1.14 for stimulation ring that is a one time use and only works for 30 seconds (per the instructions). When I called to cancel (twice), I was on hold for 15 minutes, no answer, and on hold the 2nd time for 50 minutes. I called the order line and after complaining, gave me a different # to call. I checked the website and they provide no contact information except the 888 # and then you cant reach them at it.

The item doesn`t work.They send the item and bill you.When you send it back the way they tell you, they say they never recieved it.They are liars.If it sounds to good it`s untrue. Pharmazone should be stopped for promoting something that doesn`t work. They make money by being untrue and false.I call the customer service # 800-770-**** and can`t get thru to them.The phone is so busy because there are a lot of complaints or they leave it off the hook.I wonder how many more complaints there will be before something is done with this company.

I orederd a free sample in May. I was charged days later for a full month supply even before receiving it. I called and found out that I needed to cancel a subscription that I never asked for in the first place. I sent product back per their request. I even sent it via U.S. Mail with a recipt request. I filed a complaint with my bank and received a temporary credit on a charge from this company. 5 months later this company told my bank that they never received the product back even though it was sent U.S. Mail with a recipt. I lost the credit dispute even though they got product back. this company should be closed for good and people sent to jail.

I too fell for Pharmazone's marketing scam. They sent me the free product and have been billing my credit card ever since for products I have not ordered. I have filed a dispute with my credit card and a complaint with the Arizona Better Business Bureau. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!. Do NOT fall for their gimicks. When I tried to call the customer service number listed on the invoice I received I only get a dial tone. When I tried to call their order number, they would not take my complaint, but said I would have to contact customer service. So please do NOT give them your bank or credit card number.
