Pharmazone Labs complaint by Billo

I have ha money taken from my acount several times but never recieved the product. I called to file a complaint, now they claim I ask for it to be sent to CA. Now why the *** would I do that when I never in my life have ever lived outside of IN. No-one will just get me my money back! It total bullshit! How many times must I call these people to get my money refunded to me? The BBB needs to get involved & close these people down! I will call everyday if I have to until they make it right!

The BBB is a company that is paid by the business that participates. They will not do anything but report customer issues. If you want action, write a letter to the Department of Justice in Arizona and the Attorney General in Arizona. The owner is under investigation for many things. The owners name is Timothy Isaac. Include that in your letters. Other companies that he is tied to are Ultra Health Labs, IGM, Bionate, J K Labs and more. The only way to stop these corrupt companies is to report everything to DOJ and AG.
