Not resolved

I ordered the product and after 15 days, did not receive anything. Called three times and each time given a run-around on "tracers" they supposedly have to do on a US mail shipment (I don't think is possible).

I tried to cancel, of course they cannot cancel the order untill they prove it has been received or shipped. They said they would not charge the credit card until shipped, but it seem impossible for them to verify anything. Like I say complete runaround. I doubt they are a valid company, with my credit card #.

Called credit card company to report, and discontinue any future payments.
